These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between jbdjl ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this site ("you", "player", "member"). By accessing jbdjl.lat or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• jbdjl reserves the right to hold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jbdjl are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jbdjl offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion applies once per account.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will be added to the bonus balance until wagering is complete.
• There is a time limit for meeting wagering requirements — the deadline will be stated with each offer.
• jbdjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts or coordinated betting.

• Colluding against other members or coordinating with an associate in table games.
• Impersonating platform staff or support agents when communicating with other members.
• Using the platform for betting that is legally prohibited in any country.

8.1 Closure by jbdjl

jbdjl may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Registration using false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with an active identity verification process.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining funds before closing. Any bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.

jbdjl is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet disruption, power outage, or device failure.
• Delays or losses caused by third-party software or payment provider errors.
• Consequences arising from your own negligence or failure to follow these Terms.
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.

In any circumstance, jbdjl's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the transaction in question.
